To do this, open FileZilla and navigate to File > Site Manager. This service uses FTPS, your username and password are secure as they are travelling across the network. Once you have your login credentials, you can connect to your server via FTP. It is that simple! No more connecting directly to an IP address with complicated ports, simply use our FTP service for all your file management needs! Unlike every other hosting provider on the market, you don't need to connect directly to your server to access your server's files - we handle all the file routing for you behind the scenes how cool is that! Please note: If you login with one of our external providers such as Google or Steam, you will need to set a ServerFlex password first to use this service. Your server's files can be accessed using our Unified FTP Service, all you need to do is use the connection details below. The ServerFlex Web App has a basic file managed built in, however this might not be suitable for many system administrators who prefer to work with specific FTP Clients such as FileZilla.
